cant connect xbox controller to pc

i use a dongle in the pc for Bluetooth and I used to be able to connect xbox controller, no longer can

Im streaming from my pc because i have a wired xbox 360 controller and you cant connect a 360 controller with xbox one

But my problem is ify brother streams his games i cant do anything els on my pc because it them stops the controller from playing

Hello,

When you say Xbox controller, you mean an XBox one? it seems to me that the first version of the XBox One controller does require an adapter to be able to connect to your PC. The newest version of the XBox One controller does support Bluetooth communication
and hence it can be paired to a PC.

its an xbox one controller and i cant do bluetooth because my pc wont allow it

My controller is able to wirelessly connect to my Xbox perfectly fine.
