Can't connect wireless controllers

I just can't connect both of my wireless controllers, I have tried different batteries and brought the plug and play but I can't seem to connect any of my controllers. Please help!

I can't connect two wired and two wireless controllers at the same time.

I can't connect two wired controllers at the same time. I can connect one wired and two wireless but when I put another wired one in it doesn't connect. Why is this?

 

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the
console. Once it is back up and operational test the results. Let us know.

I have had the same problem , sent it away and it still wont work , don't know what to do now , really feed up with it all now ........

 

while updating my xbox one controller disconnect the USB in the process and no longer turn on. Please help!

Try removing the batteries from your Xbox One controller and plug it in via USB. It should power back on eventually where you can then update it. If you're still having trouble with that please create a new thread rather than bumping older threads.
