    Can't connect using wired connection.


    Hello, recently I've connected via WIFI as I was mainly playing Witcher 3 but now I'm playing GOW I want to connect via wired connection. However, it just won't let me. I've done the what the Xbox suggested, even a power cycle etc... but it just won't connect
    connect to multiplayer on wired. Is this a known issue?

    Anyone having problems connecting to COD:AW multiplayer?

    Looks like it was my wireless router maybe? I use a wired connection through my router but I was experiencing 100% packet loss through it according to Xbox multiplayer connection test. I connected through wireless and now it works with only 1% packet loss. Does this mean I need a new router even if the wireless works and wired connection doesn't? Every other game works fine online when my Xbox is wired. Just a CODAW issue.

    I can't connect to wired connection, so I have no but to use wireless. plus my friend is using a wired connection by using bridging. for the most part the issue only happens between me and him, but he as a lot more issues connecting with others than I do.

    Can't connect using wired connection.

    Also, just to add, I noticed that the IP from DHCP was garbled so I set it manually.

    Weird thing is I can access the internet, watch twitch broadcasts etc but it just won't connect to multiplayer via wired... I have to unplug the wire to get a multiplayer connection :/

    Unplug power from router, wait 30 seconds, plug powe back in, wait 30 seconds. Plug to router wired.

    Can't play any online games, connected to xbox live though.

    Also, if any of you are able to use a wired connection, that will fix the issue... even if you are using an alternate MAC address. I, unfortunately, don't have access to a wired connections so I can't use that method.

    Hi there,

    if you are connected wireless, try and see what happens when you connect it by cable, to see if that makes any difference.

    If you can't connect it by wire, try moving the console to a different location to check what happens.

    If it is connected by wire, try a different cable.
