Cant connect to XboxLive and now I can't sign in

I turned my xbox 360 on after not using it for a couple of days and now i can't sign in to xboxlive. I went through all the troubleshooting suggestions including using a wired network connection. pulling the plug on my xbox, modem, and network. restoring
factory default settings. disabling and reenabling upnp. manually adding port forwarding. today i stumbled across a post saying to delete my profile and clear my system cache 3 times. I did this and now i can't download my profile. The xbox live status says
everything is good.

Well it froze i turned of my xbox. And now i tried to download again i get cant connect to xboxlive

Im Having sign in problems help....

When im trying to conect to my gametag profile and start conecting to xboxlive a error massage open and said im having sign in issues and can't connect to xboxlive can some one having the same problem? and how can i fix this issue.

I am having the same issue here, just dowloaded the update yesterday and can't connect to xboxlive now !

everything was running perfect before, i run the test all connections are ok except when i try to connect to xboxlive

i have this problem too , i cant even play online anymore they said that " Can't connect to XBOXlive ,Select test connection to troubleshoot , or try downloading your profile again" please help :'(((
