Can't connect to Xbox store

know if an error message appears. The best step to take after a power surge or power outage is to reset the power supply of the console. Press and hold the
Xbox button on the console for 10 seconds, until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, unplug the power cable from the wall. After 30 seconds, plug the console directly into the wall outlet. Touch the
Xbox button on the console again to turn it back on. Be sure to let us know the results!

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Network.
4. Select Network settings. Any known outages will appear in the middle of the screen.
   
5. On the right side of the Network settings screen, select
   Test network connection.

Hi,

A corrupted data may cause your game can't connect to Microsoft Store. We need to gather more information about the issue by answering the following questions below:

1. Have you done any changes on your system?

2. Is the issue only happen on Minecaft?

Can't connect to anything to do with live, games or store.

I think the servers are down. I get on the Xbox store with no real issue, but can't connect with any games fora battlefield hardline. Etc

But Microsoft own mojang and thus host there store. And seeing how it says.
