Cant connect to xbox servers

I'm in the NXOE, but i doubt it has anything to do with it. I can connect to XBL just fine but I cant connect to game servers such as EA and halo 5 matchmaking. I've had this bug before and it was fixed by a hard reset, but this time i've tried 3-5 hard
resets and no luck... Any help?

How come I can connect to xbox live, but cant connect to any of the game servers?

call of duty ghosts servers

basically i cant connect to the servers but i doesnt say call of duty servers it says connecting to xbox live, just wanted to know if its the infinity ward servers or xbox live in general

Not sure but I have read in other forums that HALO 5 servers are having problems. Maybe someone here can confirm. Happy Gaming!!

Having same issue. Are the servers down and just not reflecting on the website? Weird that my connection is successful but cant connect to xbox live

The support page recommends calling your isp if the direct modem connection doesn't work.

Hi, are you getting any specific error code? Do a connection test for me please, and tell me where it is having trouble connecting . (example: if it can't connect to the router, the internet, or the Xbox LIVE service)

If you are going wireless, try wiring your Xbox to your router. If you are hardwired to your router already, try connecting DIRECTLY to your modem. If connecting directly to your modem still fails to connect you to the LIVE service, it MAY be your Internet
Service Providers fault and you should give them a call.
