    Cant Connect to Xbox Server


    Okay I have the Xbox Series X and have been using wifi in my new place for the last 6 months. Recently I came home and I couldn't connect. I did all the trouble shooting, restarting xbox and wifi called tech support for xbox and my wifi provider. Nothing has worked and no I don't have the option to make it wired. My wifi is fine everything else connects and my xbox even says its connected to the internet. Though it still says not connected to xbox server. Nat type is unavailable, I even did a factory reset and offline update. I went to my girl's place and xbox logged in just fine but when i returned home i still cant connect.

    Hi, are you getting any specific error code? Do a connection test for me please, and tell me where it is having trouble connecting . (example: if it can't connect to the router, the internet, or the Xbox LIVE service)

    If you are going wireless, try wiring your Xbox to your router. If you are hardwired to your router already, try connecting DIRECTLY to your modem. If connecting directly to your modem still fails to connect you to the LIVE service, it MAY be your Internet
    Service Providers fault and you should give them a call.
