    Error Code [0x8923103D] Says, "We can't connect to Xbox Live right now - the service might be down" I went into settings to check my internet and there was no problem. the weird part is that I connect for about 4 or 5 seconds then I get the error code.

    I believe this issue hasn't been fully resolved, it is April 10th, 2020 and I am still having the issues.
