Cant Connect to Xbox Party Chats,Disconnects Instantly

So For The Past 2 Days I Havent Been Able To Party Chat,NAT(Network Address Translation) Is Open But I Still keep Disconnecting,Last Time I Was In A Party Chat Was In A game Of BF1.

Party chat not working

Online gaming is working fine. Internet connection is good. But cannot connect to party chat. Xbox attempts to join a party, but fails then disconnects with a message to check internet connections.

 

Goto Settings\Network\Detailed Network Status and check that you are not having ping issues over 100ms or packet loss over 0-4%Max.

Also try power cycling your Xbox by holding the power button till console shuts down. Turn Xbox on and repeat first step.

Also try power cycling your Router as well by unplugging the power cord, count to 30 and plug it back in. Once it starts back up and everything is good, repeat first step.

 

this happened to me too, and a simple full shutdown and router reboot fixed it.

• Restart your console by going to Settings > Power & Startup > Restart Now
• Please use our Troubleshoot parties on Xbox One support page, and verify you have done all these steps
• Also attempt our NAT troubleshooter to see if that may help you out
• Try out a wired connection directly to your modem, restart you modem
• Clear Alternative MAC Address in Advanced Network Settings
