    Can't connect to Xbox parties


    My NAT is open, internet provider set us up with a static IP, but STILL cannot connect to any party chats. We had trouble before getting the static IP and thought this would fix it, but if anything it's now worse.

    Any suggestions? I feel like I've read everything available online but most of it is years old. I do not have access to my router admin settings (locked by my provider) but want to pass on any possible fixes to them when I send yet another email...

    Any help greatly appreciated.

    Ugh! There's still a bug that keeps me from joining partys'. I tried joining my friends party but it kept on saying can't connect to xbox live party, same for my friends, they can't join my party's unless they reset their (turn off/turn back on) xbox.
