    Can't connect to Xbox only in MS Jigsaw


    In-app purchases disabled (i think) after "Store Purchase app" update today and other MS Games (Microsoft Solitaire Collection & Microsoft Mahjong) working fine and correctly, how to resolve the issue (on my own if possible)

    UPDATE: please note that i tried to uninstall Microsoft Jigsaw and reinstalled it but no change yet.

    I got the same problem, but only with Jigsaw. Minesweeper, Mahjong, Solitaire and Word Games are working just fine, but Jigsaw can't connect to Xbox live and I have a different amount of gold and lost my whole library. Tried reinstalling, but to no avail...

    Microsoft Jigsaw uses wrong Xbox Live ID when launching from Microsoft solitaire collection

    Trying to run Microsoft Jigsaw on my desktop (I use it mostly on my laptop). Each machine is associated with a separate Microsoft account. I was able to sign in to the Xbox live ID I want to use in the solitaire collection App, but when installing and subsequently
    launching MS Jigsaw it created and keeps signing in under an Xbox live ID it created on install (associated with the Desktop MS account) Tried signing out and back in... uninstalling/reinstalling... No matter what I do MS jigsaw keeps signing in under this
    new, secondary ID it created.... can't find a way to sign out the individual app.... When I click the Xbox live sign in area on MS Jigsaw it opens the xbox live app which shows as being logged in to the correct account....

    I'm sorry to see any issues with signing in to Jigsaw. I'm going to throw some basic troubleshooting at you, however please do let me know if you've already tried them.

    First, ensure that your PC is
    fully updated    . This resolves issues if Windows is not fully updated, so it's the first thing we try. If you are fully updated or it doesn't work, try

    uninstalling and reinstalling Jigsaw    .

    If you've done that and it still doesn't work, have you tried it on another gamertag/Microsoft account? You can do this with another user on the PC if you do not want to sign out of the Xbox App.

    Lastly, if none of that works, do you mind posting back a screenshot of the error you are receiving? This will help me out with anything that I need to troubleshoot on the PC end.

    Close MS Jigsaw

    Go to settings

    Click on privacy

    Click on background apps

    TURN ON Microsoft Jigsaw

    Open MS Jigsaw and try downloading again.

    Now I can downloading.
