    Can't connect to Xbox One using different accounts


    Hi

    connecting to my one via LAN or over the Internet is no problem when I use my primary account BUT: When I / my sister tries to log in using HER account, it won't work and the app tells me that I have to log in with the correct account. Is there a workaround
    or can this be changed? Both game accounts are registered locally on my xbox but it only connects, when I use the standard/my/primary account. All others don't connect.

    I am able to connect to xbox live on my xbox one console

    Still blocked using a different account

    Home network

    I was able to connect using the same device before

    Does this occur when your sister tries to log in with her account with the Xbox App from a different PC? Or the same PC you are using?

    Hi,

    it's just when she tries to log in with her account (my pc her pc ... does not matter) her account is stored on the box but it keeps telling us, that we have to use the other account.

    My xbox series s is not connecting to the network. It gives an error message of HUENEME-CONCORD

    The Xbox one Kinect can only be used for the Xbox one and Can't be used for the Xbox 360. The Sensors for the two systems are different Technology and connections.

    You can't combine services on different Microsoft Accounts into one.

    You can however move xbox live accounts (and all connected purchases, subscriptions, gamerscore) to another Microsoft Account.

    See this link on how to switch a xbox live account to another Microsoft Account and for all information about it:

    Be aware that a xbox live account must be on a console for at least 30 days before it can be moved and only one xbox live account can be on a MS account at the same time.

    Is the account connected to a different Xbox Live account? Your Windows Live ID can only be used on one Xbox Live Account so you will have to create a new one if you want to change it.
