Can't Connect To Xbox Live!

So, there's an update for Xbox Live.

Every time I try to update it, a screen pops up saying that it can't download the update and to check my network settings.

The status code they give me is;

40A3-0000-0080-0200-8015-1802

I tried looking up the code and, I couldn't find anything.

Please help!

I can't connect to Xbox Live when bridging. My Xbox settings are on Automatic and I can't connect.

 

There has been an update that has just been added to the xbox 360. Have you done that update? Or not yet. i'm just wondering so that i could help you with this?

 

It won't let me. Whenever I try to, it says it can't connect to the internet.

 

Was getting the same error. When it asks if you want to sign in say No, then go to Network settings and Test your connection to Xbox Live. When it asks you to sign in say Yes, then the update will install.

1. Reset your router. If needed, make sure you are not on opposite ends of the house and that you have full bars!

2. Try deleting your Wi-Fi and reconnecting it. Also, you can try deleting and downloading your profile again.

3. Try cleaning the cache, you can find the steps on the Xbox support website! There could have been a problem with the previous update or download!
