Xbox Live connection lags yet internet connection is excellent. Nat becomes Moderate

I can't connect to Xbox Live when bridging. My Xbox settings are on Automatic and I can't connect.

 

Hey there sometimes not being able to connect to Xbox live could be because you need to clear the cache please follow this link and it will tell you how to cleat the chance if not then please get back to me.
