Can't connect to xbox live?

I have an xbox one and I recently purchased Black ops II since it is backwards compatible. It will not let me connect to xbox live even though I have gold (I am sure of this because I can play online on all my xbox one games, just not 360 games), and even
though I have no social or private restrictions. What do I do?

I can't connect to Xbox Live when bridging. My Xbox settings are on Automatic and I can't connect.

i'm trying to connect to my server via wifi adaptor but it won't connect. i looked at it and it flashes red, is that something to be concerned about because it was working fine two days ago.

I'm sorry to see any issues connecting to Xbox Live through the emulator! I can see on

your public profile that you were able to play Black Ops 1, so is it just Black Ops 2 that you are having issues with?

If so, let's clear out your Xbox 360 storage on the console to reset your account in the emulator. You can do this by going to Settings > All settings > System > Storage > Clear local Xbox 360 storage. You may need to reinstall Xbox 360
games, but once you launch one it should prompt you to sign in again.
