Can't Connect to Xbox Live

On weekends, I turn in my Xbox to play a game with my friends, and I have no problems then. But when the weekdays came, I couldn't access my live. It wouldn't let me connect. I login, and I test my network, and it says, "Can't connect to the Internet. If
you have a PC, try to connect to the Internet on it. You may have to work with your internet service provider (ISP) to fix your connection." I was able to access the Internet on all of my devices: tablet, computer, and phone. I looked up ways to solve this
problem and I tried these solutions, but they did not work. I am thinking it is because I have an Xbox One S. Can someone please help?

I can't connect to Xbox Live when bridging. My Xbox settings are on Automatic and I can't connect.

I'm sorry to see any issues connecting to Xbox Live! There's a few things that could be impacting this. First, let's get your detailed network statistics by going to Settings > All settings > Network > Network settings. Post back with either those or a picture
of what those are. Also post back with your network devices, both your modem and router; I'll need their manufacturer and model numbers to look into any known issues we may have with those devices.
