Cant connect to xbox live

We pay you for a xbox live membership and you cant even keep it up. Then we cant even get help cause the line is to long. I bet when its time to renew ill get 20 reminders.its probly the only way to get all the xbox 360 users to get a one. Ill buy plastation
in stead of paying for more problems.

ok so I got a new router from twc yesterday, hooked it up and everythings fine, ive got an xbox 360 in the living room that's working great but my sons xbox 1 down in the basement cant connect to xbox live, I done the test connection down there and it said it was connected but he still cant get on xbox live, everything is hooked up just like before

Do you get an error code of any kind?

 

I am having issues with my 360 I have tried to sign in and it won't let me. Gives me an error code I have done troubleshooting . Turn modem off wait 5 min . Also restore default settings still can't sign in. I have done network scan's goes through all but
the live login

 

I'm also having trouble connecting to xbox live on my 360. I have a couple of profiles on my console but I'm only having trouble with my main profile:

Mostly I simply can't sign in but sometimes I do sign in only to be signed out a few moments later.

I have had different error message codes. Here are 2 of them; 80072EE2 & 801C2751
