can't connect to Xbox live

My internet connection is good every time I check internet connection it says it is good but when I go to the home screen and click connect to Xbox live not happens please help

I can't connect to Xbox Live when bridging. My Xbox settings are on Automatic and I can't connect.

 

I'm having the same problem, network & multiplayer connection are good but won't let me play online, i also have xbox 360 no problem with this online, to me it seems a server problem, has been like this for days!

 

Sign out , then back in.....that should jar it loose.... if not , remove your profile then redownload it......

ive signed in and out and also when i delete my account and try to get it back i cant. When i click add a profile it just drops me out. It gave me a code and it tells me "you're not connected to xbox live" help.....
