Can't connect to Xbox live

Both Xbox use too work if one connected the other could not. the was fine but only one of them can connect.

I can't connect to Xbox Live when bridging. My Xbox settings are on Automatic and I can't connect.

I even try connect it strait to the modem via network cable with it being the only device. I still get the same error. "Xbox Live: Failed"

Can you verify where your console fails to connect to Live.

Go to Xbox Network settings and select Test Xbox Live Connection. If you receive an error code, please post it up here so we can have a look at it.

You mentioned having two Xbox 360s. Are you able to connect your second Xbox to Live?

On the failing console, go to System settings and select Storage. If you have the internal flash memory (4 GB), do this unit shows as "Unformatted"?

 

The storage shows 3.0GB capacity 1.2FB free. (Device Summary) Doing the test for "Test Xbox Live Connection" it shows Network: Connected Internet: Connected Then said a required update is need. So I apply it now it. It Xbox live connection Fails.... Next
screen with Test failed "Start Over" or "Cancel" it suck it that loop.

 

Are you able to install the update properly, or does it fail?

How about your second Xbox 360. Is it able to connect to Live?

 

The second Xbox worked fine. This first Xbox looks like take the update and then fail to connect to Xbox live.
