can't connect to Xbox live

All my devices can connect to the internet, but I cannot connect to Xbox live on the xbox 360. I was told to delete my profile and redownload it. I tried that but it still doesn't work.

I can't connect to Xbox Live when bridging. My Xbox settings are on Automatic and I can't connect.

 

some motmes and routers are not xbox compatabul if you got it from best buy ask the geek squad if it compatabull they may abele to help you get one that is.

 

I've had the same modem for over a year so that's not the issue.

 

It is not just you. I have spent upwards of 2 hours with tech over the last 2 days and was just told it is an emerging issue with the live service. Heck I can't even get my profile to re-download. I was just told it will take time to fix whatever is wrong
on their end. My response was well I've waited 4 days what is a couple more hours...

 

I'm having the same issue. I was connecting fine with my modem and wireless router until yesterday. Now it picks up my network but can't connect to live. If I test my Xbox live connection....it connects to the network and Internet but not live. If I run
a static check it connects to the Internet. However if I do the Initial Setup....the Internet fails and says Blocked next to xbox live
