Can't connect to Xbox live

I see this problem all over the place and I hear the same "fix's" over and over again. It is not my hardware, my modem, my modem settings or firmware that is the issue. It is a server issue.

All day I have not been able to connect to my XBox live account, not even through my Smart Glass app on my phone. I have spent HOURS on the phone with support and all they can do is read their stupid list of possible fix's. I know these fix's, as I am
not new to online gaming, and have had to use them many times. They are not working in this case and I know it is not a hardware issue as I am able to log into another persons account from my XBox. I even manage to sign in every so often but it never gets
passed the "signing in" screen, it just sits there and spins. I know I am signed in because it tells me my friends are online and those ads are rolling in the back ground. If I try to dashboard or cancel the action it will freeze my system. Can't get onto
my XBox to play a game but they make sure those ads are playing.

I can't connect to Xbox Live when bridging. My Xbox settings are on Automatic and I can't connect.

I am able to connect to Xbox Live from my console just fine. I do not believe it is a service issue. What ISP do you have? Also what is your modem/router model?

 

Same here but some days mine connection keeps disconnecting me over and over and other days it works just fine i don't why but i am cool with it
