Cant connect to Xbox live

Since like 2 days ago, my xbox wont let me connect to xbox live, i've tried it all, deleting the cache, turning off my router, reseting to factory defs, nothing, so, i dont know what to do, please help

ok so I got a new router from twc yesterday, hooked it up and everythings fine, ive got an xbox 360 in the living room that's working great but my sons xbox 1 down in the basement cant connect to xbox live, I done the test connection down there and it said it was connected but he still cant get on xbox live, everything is hooked up just like before

It seems you're having some connectivity issues, there are some awesome troubleshooting steps we can take:

Are you using just one console or multiple consoles on your network? And just to make sure, do you receive any error codes? If you are receiving an error message or code. There is a very helpful page on that matter and you can find it on the Connection
error solution page.

What kind of router are you using? There are distinct issues that can arise from certain routers or modems. You can find the type of router you have and see if anyone else is having an issue with that particular one.

Here's the link to the Networking Hardware forums page, it will be redirected to the router page, just look around and see if your hardware is on there by name.

I'm having the same problem I can connect to the Internet but it will not connect to Xbox live. I used to be able to connect to Xbox live and now I can't I think it's my router.

 

I checked the networking hardware for him his page and it does not have my Router.
