Cant connect to xbox live.

Hi, Me and my friends were playing some CoD Black ops 2 when a person from our recent game join our custom game and xbox live party and we played with him but then we found out he was just getting our ip adresses and later booted us offline. I pay for xbox
live to be able to play safe without being worried of getting hit offline, i got banned for 2 weeks for accidently joining a hacked lobby. I want something to be done to the real hackers, the ones who actually ruin peoples experience. Why should i be paying
for a safe online gaming network when i get kicked offline which have happend many times, His gamertag is
[Mod Removed] but i know nothing will happend becasue the people who actually are hacking always get away with it.

xbox live no go

ok so I got a new router from twc yesterday, hooked it up and everythings fine, ive got an xbox 360 in the living room that's working great but my sons xbox 1 down in the basement cant connect to xbox live, I done the test connection down there and it said it was connected but he still cant get on xbox live, everything is hooked up just like before

well you can take it up by contacting microsoft on the phone and telling them about your issue and that is not fair i agree with you but i guess they have to catch them first
