    Cant connect to Xbox Live


    I cannot connect to Xbox live on either of my two consoles, Xbox app in windows 10 or from my phone. I tried connecting to my neighbors internet and it still didn't work. All my other internet works fine. My ISP says there is no issues on my end or theirs
    but they have had calls from other customers with the same issue, not being able to connect to Xbox live. Anyone else having this issue? Is there an Xbox end Issue that's being addressed? When I do the network and the multiplayer test in settings it says everything
    is fine. NAT is open. Its been going on for three days
