Cant connect to Xbox Live

Good day,

I need some assistance with my Xbox live connection.

I connect to the internet and have a good upload and download speed, this i tested in settings under network, however when i want to connect to the Xbox live it doesnt want me to connect.

It says that i need to check my internet connection, but this is strange because my internet is working just fine, i tested this on multiple other devices, also tested just the internet connection on the Xbox.

The only hassle is connecting to Xbox Live, please assist me with this problem?

i recieve the following status code:

4467-0000-0080-0300-8007-000F

once connected test connection comes to the xbox live connection part it takes me to an "update is needed" page to which i select yes please update, but then the response from the xbox is update failed cant download update and gives me the status code above.
