Cant connect to xbox live

Hi, I own 3 xbox360, from a month about one of these no longer connects to xbox live, so suddenly for no reason, and some days even one other xbox will not connect more and I tried everything to try to find the connection but anything, what could have happened?
So suddenly ?? expect good news and I would rather remember that Xbox Live is a service that I pay every year so annoys me not being able to enjoy !! SOON!

ok so I got a new router from twc yesterday, hooked it up and everythings fine, ive got an xbox 360 in the living room that's working great but my sons xbox 1 down in the basement cant connect to xbox live, I done the test connection down there and it said it was connected but he still cant get on xbox live, everything is hooked up just like before

It can be either a bad connection that needs to be refreshed by ISP, you can just verify by contacting them and they can see if you have any problems with your modem/router.

You can try:

Upgrade your firmware

Port forward ports that are used by Xbox Live

Reset your router/modem.

Refresh your modem/router like new

It is better and more reliable to try a wired connection then a wireless connection. Ethernet is best

Try a different cable port or port

Test a different cable

Restart network hardware

Change your firewall setting to low.

Enable UPNP

Enable DMZ

Clear your system cache and check for corrupted data

There might be an issue with your modem so you might have to contact your ISP to verify.
