cant connect to xbox live

i have tried clearing cache,undoing last update and reinstalling,resetting connection, changeing routers, switched to gateway. test connection,clear cache 3 times in a row. i have 3 xbox 360 and two connect without trouble. the 3rd one will connect if i
switch out hard drives with one of the other 360. I have been connected to same setup for a very long time without trouble. this has been going on for almost a week now. this is an elite 120 g hard drive space available is 11 g. ERROR CODE 80151911. will connect
for updates but cant sign in .Wired test results are as follows.

xbox live no go

ok so I got a new router from twc yesterday, hooked it up and everythings fine, ive got an xbox 360 in the living room that's working great but my sons xbox 1 down in the basement cant connect to xbox live, I done the test connection down there and it said it was connected but he still cant get on xbox live, everything is hooked up just like before

also please note i can sign in on other consoles without trouble and this console as long as i use different hard drive

 

well i got sick of waiting and all. so i went out and bought a new xbox360 250 g. transferred data over from bad hard drive and got most of my stuff. then i reformatted the old hard drive put it back in the Xbox and it all works well now. the only bad thing
is Microsoft got another 300 bucks out of me. i realize i could have just bought a new hard drive but its an old hdd version and they are hard to find unless you want to buy cheap Chinese crap.
