1. Cant connect to Xbox live

I used to connect normally before, but since i connected my new pc on the same router, my xbox started to refuse singing in to xbox live, i have tried all the solutions and talked to xbox support many times but that didnt help, i opened all ports
and tried to install the latest update through USB and CD, can please anyone help

    Router brand & model number:
    TP-LINK & W9851ND

If Wireless, are you using a white or black external adapter, or an internal (Xbox 360S) adapter?

Things you have tried: im connected wired

    Is UPnP Enabled? Yes

After you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" press “Y” for "More Info”. In the pop-up that appears, what are the following values, if shown? (If a value below does not appear for you, just leave it blank.)

    W: 0000 - 000B

    X: 0000 - F001

    Y: 0C8A -0DA0

    Z: 8015 - 000B

    ID: FFFF - FFFF

    L: 8015 - 000B

    Q: 8007 - 0435

    T: WIRED

    D: 192.168.1.1/0.0.0.0

    A: 192.168.1.100/255.255.255.0

    G: 192.168.1.1

I would really appreciate some help here.

    Cheers

    :)

  4. Cant connect to Xbox live

    Hello TiratoreCieco,

I know that you said that you opened all ports but just to be sure have you made sure that these ports are open:

Xbox Live requires the following ports to be open:

    Port 88 (UDP)

    Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

    Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

    Port 80 (TCP)

Also, you can go here to use the troubleshooting steps for connecting to Xbox Live:

  5. Yes those are the ports, and they are forwarded to my Xbox IP address, We even today tried more solutions with phone support but still nothing, i guess my new PC just cant connect to Xbox, even when I test the connection with the PC it fails and says the
firewall might be blocking but I have set both firewalls of router and windows off just in case before.

to make it even worse the warranty is out of date. I am losing the hope

    Thanks anyway Real Wreckage

    Greetings Cieco!

Before we get started, can you detailing out any troubleshooting steps you have tried so far, so we don't echo what you've already tried (to no avail).

Is your console wired directly into your router?

    TIA!

  7. Hiya TIA,

My console is weird connected directly to my router and I have tried so far the following:

    - Long power cycle (both router and Xbox)

    - Entering IP, Mask and gateway manually

    - Forwarding the ports (on portforward.com says to forward the ports to the static IP but Xbox phone support told me to forward the ports to the Xbox IP address)

    - Enabling DMZ

    - Clear the system cache (a lot of times)

    - Delete the latest update

    - Update via a USB Flash Drive or CD-R (I get this error code: 4174-417F-1600-267F-C000-0185)

    - Disconnecting any device on the network apart from Xbox console.

    - Running Initial Setup.

    - When I try to connect to Xbox live from the home screen it detects there's a new update and just when it starts to download shows en error message to test my connection:4174-417F-A080-0A00-8015-000b)

    - I tried to make my phone internet data open as a Hot point and checked the connection on Xbox console but it also disconnects at the Xbox live step

    - I have only one adapter on my PC.

I was advised to test my Xbox console connection at a friend's house but unfortunately this option is not available to me at the moment.

I appreciate everyone's time trying to help me out on this

    Cant connect to Xbox live

Can you try connect your console with your console's hard drive removed as follows:

Format your USB flash drive for use with the Xbox 360.
    Here's how!

    With you console powered off,
    safely remove the hard drive
and plug in the USB flash drive into a USB port on front of your console.

    Turn on your console.

The system will ask you to download and install the newest update to your USB flash drive.Select Yes!

Post back and let us know how it goes and we'll work from there.

What country do you live in?

Who is your ISP (Internet Service Provider)?

Just to clarify, was the hard drive completely removed during this process and the USB drive formatted for use with the Xbox 360?

If you have the 4GB internal flash memory installed on your console's system, make sure this unit doesn't appear as "Unformatted".

If you haven't already, add the hard drive back (with your Xbox powered off) and remove the USB flash drive.

Turn on the Xbox and go to Xbox Network settings. Select the
    Additional settings
tab and Restore network settings to factory defaults.

    Turn off the Xbox.

Reset your "TP-LINK & W9851ND" back to factory defaults. How to properly reset this device to factory settings, consult the manual for this device.

Note! If there's an authorization process, were you have to verify to your ISP with username and password, for connectivity to the Internet, make sure you have this information at hand.

Reconfigure your wireless settings and make sure UPnP (Universal Plug and Play) is ticked enable.

If its possible, try connect your console with a different Ethernet cable this time, just to rule out the possibility of a defect cable.

    Turn on your console.

If prompted with the message to update the system, Select No and instead, go to Xbox
Network settings and select Test Xbox Live Connection. Afterwards, try update the system.

    Let us know that goes.

When you deleted the system update the first time, have you since then been able to download, or install the system update manually? If not, how far does the installation process takes you, before it cancels and prompts you with an error code?
My internal hard drive shows as unformatted, i tried to format it but it keeps saying unformatted.
This means that your internal storage device has become corrupted.

The only resolution is to send your console in for a repair.

Please visit: Xbox Online Service Center
    to request an online repair.

    Good luck!
