Cant connect to xbox live

I have just upgraded my BT Home Hub 2 to a BT Home Hub 4 and now cant connect to xbox live although my console is connect to the internet can anyone help. I have gone back to the Hub 2 to ensure it wasn't a problem with my xbox 360 and can connect no problem
but really want to get the Hub 4 up an running.

ok so I got a new router from twc yesterday, hooked it up and everythings fine, ive got an xbox 360 in the living room that's working great but my sons xbox 1 down in the basement cant connect to xbox live, I done the test connection down there and it said it was connected but he still cant get on xbox live, everything is hooked up just like before

Go into the router's settings and make sure your UPnP is enabled and save your settings and then see if you can connect.

I've connect the Hub 4 back up, checked UPnP and this is set to ON, also the Extended UPnP security: is also set to ON.

When I switch on XBOX it says my ID is signed into Xbox Live, then it come up with error message 'Some Xbox Live content is temporarily unavailable, try again later' Status Code: 80072ee2.

I have also tried switching the Extended UPnP security to No and same error.

When I Test Xbox Live Connection the Test Status is ok for Network and Internet but has Live Connection Error with the following when I press Y

W: 0000 - 000B

X: 0000- F001

Y: 00A8 - E840

Z: 0000 -0000

ID 0006 - 0000

L: 0015 - 10F0

Q: 8007 -0435

T: Wired

A: 192.1.168.1.70/255.255.255.0

G: 192.168.1.254

D: 192.168.1.254/0.0.0.0

I am getting a very similar issue, im unable to play any games at the mo because it says please connect to xbox live. Have tried dead rising, fifa and watch dogs. Im singed in and i am connected to web, i have not changed anything at all. HELP !!!!!!
