Can't Connect To Xbox Live

My WiFi itself is strong. My connectivity to Xbox Live was never strong, but today it totally died. I have reset the rotor and the Xbox and that didn't work. So then I moved my Xbox in hopes of getting a better connection, but that didn't help. I really
hope it comes back because I bought a year subscription and started it last December and plan on using it to it's fullest. I planning on buying the XboxOne when I get my pay check, if that matters to you.

I can't connect to Xbox Live when bridging. My Xbox settings are on Automatic and I can't connect.

Do you get an error code?

Can you post up the make and model of your router and your modem as well (if this is not a single device).

State whether you use the external wireless network adapter (black, white), or the built-in wireless network adapter (Xbox 360S/E).

If it's possible, try connect your console with an Ethernet cable, to determine more easily if your problem is isolated to wireless connectivity, or not.

Yes, it is a "N" that is my bad.

I believe they are plugged in directly.

 

It just let my brother sign in just long enough for him to go to cloud then it disconnected him.

May I ask, do you use the Linksys SPA2102 for your phone service (Voice Over IP)?

Since you have an additional router, is the SPA2102 operating in bridge/switch mode?

 

I assume it is connected to the phone. I am not totally sure because I don't use the house phone and don't want to deal with it because it sucks compares to my cell phone. I live with my parents so that's why there is a house phone

 

Can you verify that your SPA2102 is operating in bridge mode. It is important that you are using this operating mode, since you connect an additional router.

Connect the Linksys SPA2102 with an Ethernet cable, from the port marked 'Internet', to a LAN port on your Netgear WNR2000.

Now, don't connect any device to the 'Ethernet' port on your phone adapter.

When you change your set up, make sure both devices are powered off.

Try this method and let me know how that goes and we'll go from there.
