Can't connect to Xbox-Live

I have problem with connect to Xbox-Live on my xbox 360 since 7 May.

This is my error code:

W: 0000 -0021

X: 0500 - F001

Y: 30A8 - 4860

Z: 8007 -0435

ID: 0006- 0000

L: 8015 - 1000

Q: 8007 -0435

Also get second error code with number 8014190E but this tips not work.

I can't connect to Xbox Live when bridging. My Xbox settings are on Automatic and I can't connect.

Can you tell us if you are able to connect to Xbox Live.

Go to Xbox network settings and select Test Xbox LIVE Connection. If this test fails, please, let us know where it fails to connect to Live.

Include any troubleshooting steps you have tried so far, so we don't give you solutions that you have already tried.

In my network status I can't connect to Xbox Live

In Live status Service,Marketplaces and Accounts are ok, but Matchmaking have Service Alert and on left have link to service alert site.

I tried this delete this catche 5 times. Not help.

Think it's service problem... All work until this status not appear...

Meaning, game and social limitations shouldn't affect your ability to establish connection to Xbox Live.

Could you restore your Xbox network settings to factory defaults and power cycle your networking equipment as follows:

Go to Xbox Network settings. Select Configure Network. Select the Additional settings tab and Restore network settings to factory defaults. This will issue your console with new and fresh IP configuration.

Turn off your console.

Power off your router and modem for a couple of minutes. If your modem and router is not a combined device, power on the modem first and wait one minute for it to connect properly. Power on the router and wait another minute.

Turn on your console and run a diagnostic test to Live (Test Xbox LIVE Connection).

Post back and let us know how that goes.

 

I fixed it. It was problem with router configuration. Anyway thanks for help =).
