Can't connect to Xbox Live Xbox 360

About 5 days ago I jad this issue. At first I could log into my Xbox Profile with connection to Xbox Live. When I turn on some game, I got this message "Disconnected with Xbox Live". I thought at first that it was something with my router so I checked -
everything is fine.

I tried testing connection to xbox live in console's system menu. It logged me out, tested - everything is fine, connection is great, it should log me as well, but when I chose my profile same thing happend with one exception, message pop outed few times
and window with error showed that I can't log to Xbox Live.

When I am logged to my profile I can't use any internet apps on console as if I had no connection to internet (can't browse games or anything), but when I log out and test the connection, I can (there is even that section which ask me to log into xbox live).

No matter if I connect my xbox via ethernet or wifi, same thing happens.

Please help, I'm helpless, I can't get help on support webpage, because only bots answer to issues with xbox live account (I tried there few times and no help, everytime it asks me if I lost my password).
