Can't connect to. Xbox Live with a single profile

I did as you said but now when I try and add my profile I get the following message, "try again later. there was a problem, and we couldn't continue. (0x80a40008)" (I also tried restarting the console)

To add a side note, I always find that doing a hard reset of the console also helps after you do the steps given byu our great mod.

Thank you for taking the time to post on the forums today, I'd be happy to help.

If other profiles on the Home Console are working but yours is having trouble connecting, then the transfer of data may be glitched and a quick re-add of the profile may help.

Go ahead and remove and re-add your profile and let us know if that helps. Here is a link that helps just in case:

Sounds like may be a connection issue. Could you try and reboot your network hardware router/modem. Also here is a guide to

troubleshoot network connection.
