Can't connect to xbox live when starting up games

Hello,

I'm having a really big problem. I will connect to xbox live perfectly when on the dashboard and using apps like netflix or youtube. When I start up certain games (examples: CoD: Ghosts, Halo 4) it will tell me that my connection to Xbox Live has been lost
and I don't get why? I test my connection and everything is fine. I'll play other games where there is no problems but the main games I play won't connect and it is making me mad. This all happened after I downloaded some stupid game from the live store. When
that happened I couldn't connect to xbox live when trying to play any game. So I deleted that downloaded game and everything went back to normal. But now it is starting to mess up again and disconnecting me when trying to play certain games. PLEASE HELP

Starting up my Xbox 360 S and signing in the console says "Your console can't connect to Xbox Live" So I exit this session and test my network connection. It is a wired connection. So I test Xbox Live Connection. The console says that it can't obtain an
ipaddress. It can't connect to network. Can you help me to get this console on Xbox Live?

 

XBOX LIVE disconnection in game load

Dear wonderful techies,

When i start up my xbox 360 i connect to xbox live right away with no problems. I can see my friends and everything, but once i start loading a game during the time where the screen goes blank i get the pop-up saying i have disconnected from xbox live and
therefore can't use it in a game. This is really starting to bug me because it doesn't seem to a hardware issue and lies within the software which i can't seem to figure out. This started happening with no change in settings starting about a week ago and i
haven't been able to connect in a game since then after about 10-20 start ups.

There is currently a service alert for Xbox Live Core Services which prevents some users from signing in. As this only happens when you start up a game, it may sign you out when the system checks for the game updates. Please allow some time for the service
alert to be cleared, and then try again.
