    Cant Connect to Xbox Live when playing Xbox 360 games on the Xbox One


    When I try to play my Xbox 360 games on my Xbox One, I receive an error message that says my console cannot connect to Xbox Live with the code 8015190E. I am able to connect to Live and can play any of my Xbox One games. Does anyone know how to fix this
    problem? Thanks

    Anyone else unable to sign into xbox live when playing the 360 games?

    When pressing both the Menu and View buttons to bring up the mini guide it just says connect to xbox live.

    Sorry to hear about the issue. Have you tried the steps provided in the
    troubleshooting guide     for that specific error code? If not, please give those a try and see if that helps things.

    @Vemonus Smithy and @Spectral Jester - It sounds like the issues you guys are experiencing are slightly different than the one being described by DWS switchblade. In order to allow the community to best assist, please create your own thread detailing the
    issue as much as possible.

    Hi there. I have the same issue and i cant download my profile on Xbox 360 because i cant access Xbox live. Issue also presents itself on the Xbox One and Series when playing Xbox 360 games.

    Same problem here! It's been happening sporadically for a couple of weeks. Usually after a retry, I get in. But over the past 24hrs, I can't connect at all, no matter how many retries, not matter which console generation.

    Yes! When you're playing an Xbox 360 game via back-compat on Xbox One, you're connecting to the Xbox Live servers used by actual Xbox 360 consoles. So, as far as Live is concerned, you're using an Xbox 360. You can play games with your friends and earn
