i read a forum about that i had to remove my profile from my xbox and redownload it while in game but it comes up with this.

Hello. When I am trying to connect to xbox live a box pops up and it says update or you wont be able to connect to Xbox live. But when I try to update it I cant because I cant connect to xbox live and again I will try to connect to xbox live and that box
pops up again.

Find solutions to problems when you can’t connect to Xbox LIVE.

 

not while ingame, do the steps from your Dashboard instead

 

Download Xbox LIVE profile.

1. Press the Xbox Guide button on your controller (large X button in the center of your controller).
   
2. Select Download Profile.
3. Enter the Microsoft account associated with your Xbox LIVE gamertag.
4. Enter your Microsoft account password.

 

If i do these steps and downllaod my profile in the dashboard it still disconnects when im starting the game .

 

I'm having the same problem and this has been happening since 8/26, what the heck is the problem. On 8/26, I get this prompt that Microsoft needed my email address and password for live sign in so I go through the motion. Since then my system does not recognize
my auto sign in preference, and when I try to play my single player games I'm prompted to sign in even though I've already done that. This is not normal and I'm not finding any support. What gives Microsoft?

 

I too have had trouble playing World of Tanks. I get to the select server section and it then signs me out.

 

Downloading the profile overwrites the data, but it doesn't erase it first. Oftentimes doing an over the top install leaves the same problems intact, or creates new ones.

Can you try the following steps and let us know how that goes and we'll go from there.

Delete Xbox LIVE profile safely

Before you delete your profile you have to know the username and password for your Microsoft account that is associated with your profile.

1. Go to Settings, and then select System.
2. Select Storage.
3. Select All Devices.
4. Select Gamer Profiles.
5. Select the gamertag that you want to delete.
6. Select Delete.
7. Select Delete Profile Only. This deletes the profile but leaves saved games and achievements.
   

Clear Xbox system cache

1. Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.
   
2. Select Storage or Memory.
3. Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller.
4. Select Clear System Cache.
5. Repeat this process three times in a row.

Restart your console.

Download Xbox LIVE profile.

1. Press the Xbox Guide button on your controller (large X button in the center of your controller).
   
2. Select Download Profile.
3. Enter the Microsoft account associated with your Xbox LIVE gamertag.
4. Enter your Microsoft account password.

 

Having the same problem,but only when I try to play Multiplayer on COD: Ghosts. as soon as I try to play multiplayer, it kicks me from Xbox live

I tried it i carefully did all the steps by reading a step and then doing it on my xbox but i still get disconnected

 

My guess would be that this is server-side related and therefore, beyond the scope of trying to resolve this from your end.

Xbox Live Support and your ISP as well and have them know about your situation.
