Cant connect to xbox live upon startup

Yes I've gotten this several times, incredibly annoying. Upon searching for information all I can find is threads saying its because I cant connect to Live, even though all other features on the xbox are working without issue, I can stream on my xbox and
laptop and am connected to Skype. I'm definitely connected to Live =/

No with the same hdmi i can connect other consoles.The problem is at xbox one s.I cant perfom Xbox startup troubleshooter to resolve the problem

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Sounds like there may have been video settings changed on the xbox, causing this issue to occur. I recommend trying to reset the display settings to default :

1. If there's a disc in the Xbox One console, eject it.
2. On the console, press and hold the Xbox button for five seconds to turn off the console.
   
3. Press and hold the Xbox button and the Eject button until you hear a beep to turn on the console. You will hear one beep right away and a second beep 10 seconds later. The power light will flash on before the second beep.
   DO NOT LET GO until the second beep occurs.
   Note This will boot your console in low resolution mode (640 × 480). To reset this setting, go to
   System > Settings in the guide, select
   Display & sounds, Video options, and then TV Resolution.
