Can't connect to Xbox Live though network settings, but can when signing into profile.

I keep getting disconnected from Destiny servers and randomly from Xbox Live with no know reasons. My router is Technicolor TC8305C running Comcast high speed internet, hard wired with a connection tested at 50mb/s. When I sign into my profile, I connect
to Xbox Live with no issues at all (other than random disconnects). When attempt to connect through network settings, it fails to connect to the internet. I tried everything from port forwarding to setting the Xbox IP to DMZ to ensure all correct ports were
opening. The error codes when I run the network test are as follows:

W: 0000-000B

X:0000-F001

Y:0000-0000

Z:0000-0000

ID: 0004-0001

L: 0015-10F1

Q: 0015-10F1

Issues connecting to Xbox live

Hi I'm having problems with my Xbox 360 Signing in to Xbox live. I can't sign into my live profile also tried signing into other profiles on my system that don't have live still wouldn't sign in and no error codes given. Ran the network setting test everything
was connected except Xbox live it will not connect to live it is a wireless connection.

Unable to signin, errors 80072ee2 & 807b01f7

I'm also having the same problem, connects to Xbox Live in network settings but gets the Status Code: 80072ee2 when signing into my profile. Been trying to fix it for about a week now

Hey Joe25X!

I'm afraid there are known disconnection issues with that router.

If you have another router in your setup, one possible fix is to set the Technicolor router to "bridge mode."

If you don't have another router, another user (FluffyBruhh) has had some success in fixing a problem with disconnecting from Destiny on their Technicolor router. If you'd like to give their method a shot, you can read their step-by-step thread here.

Hopefully one of those methods will work for you!

I've successfully enabled bridge mode, but have not been able to get it to work on a separate router. I get internet access via Ethernet on my laptop, but cannot when connected to the router. Harassing Comcast now to switch it for another model to save myself
from spending money.

Hi that for response I reset my network settings, cleared my cache deleted my profile restarted my console and router but still can't download my Xbox live profile enevn though when I do a Xbox live connectivity test is says connected. Still give same error when trying to download profile...

I tried creating other profile and resign up for Xbox live but then says it cannot connect to Xbox live. I'm at Whit's end here.

whats more, i can't even sign into a profile. i will test my network, it will connect to xbox live, then i will try and sign into my Live profile and it will say "unable to connect to xbox live"

Status code: 80151925

Problem

If you’re seeing this message and error code, it means that your Xbox 360 console can't connect to Xbox Live services.

For example, this issue can occur when you try to sign in to your profile or when you try to download your profile from Xbox Live.

Note This issue can occur even though you can sign in to your profile at Xbox.com.

Solutions
