Cant connect to xbox live since the new update

Havent been able to connect to xbox live since the new update

I've tried to do an Xbox live test but it doesnt even pass

The first colum.If you had this problem before please help

(I can play on my xbox one perfectly but im having this problem for 360)

since the new update , nor can i connect , when i connect it kicks me offline , when is microsoft going to fix this bug!!!!

(note! happend to me only after dashboard update)

I am having the same problem wont let me sign in until the update but it will not do the update.

 

What error code do you get when it fails the test Chrisprelaw50? And Muffy666, what does it say after it fails to sign you in?

 

Status Code: 42FE-0000-3080-0508-8007-0070 for me. "Update Failed

Can't download the update. To test your connection, open System Settings and select Network Settings, Test Xbox Live Connection. If the problem persists, go to www.xbox.com/support." Then it lists the above Status Code.

Network connection is fine, when testing connection it gets to the Xbox Live part and prompts for the update again.

 

I get 2 codes 417F-42FE-1600-267F-C000-0185 and 417F-0000-0080-0300-8007-0070, when I test the connection it makes it all the way to testing xbox live connection and fails then says to update, wont update, then gives error codes

 

My 360 updated but now my profiles are gone and all my content is gone as well.
