Can't connect to Xbox live or services

Just today my Xbox wouldn't let me access Netflix or anything else it kept telling me to sign in but at the top left it says I was signed in, ran connectivity tests both said all good I know it is not my internet. Tried the whole remove profile, hard restart,
unplug power block, restart, re-download profile as posted by mods did it to a T. All that did was clear my gamer score and remove my friends list so that's just, spectacular. Any viable help? Please do NOT tell me to remove my profile, it clearly did not
work for me.

Yep I'm the same, can't connect to live cause of Xbox live core services

 

Also just noticed here on the site I still have my gamer score and what not but on my actual Xbox my friends list isn't there and my gamer score was cleared.
