    Cant connect to Xbox Live or my profile


    I keep getting "Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Code: 80154016

    At first I had to recover my email through text, made a different password. And it still would not let me sign into my profile. I can indeed connect to the internet with my Xbox, but cannot connect to Xbox live. I got a year gold card for my bday and cant
    use it. Please help.

    cant sign in to my profile or connect to xbox live i tested the connection and all is ok apart from cant connect to xbox live internet connection is ok
