    xbox live

    I have tried all suggestions given from Xbox.com but my xbox live still can't connect. I yet, haven't tried to reset my Firewall network hardware because i can't find it. However, i am connect to internet but still can't connect to xbox live.

    this is the message that appears:

    : your profile does not have the correct permission to access Xbox live functionality

    But why?!..... Can't figure it out and i'm running out of patients. Please help.

    Signing into xbox live

    All of a sudden I cannot sign in to xbox live to play the daily challenges...can't figure out why.
