Cant connect to Xbox Live On XBOX360!!!

Hey im from Israel my name is itay and in the last few days i wasnt able to connect Xbox Live and play... i payed money to play online and now i cant play it is being ennoying because i start playing for an hour and after an hour its disconnecting from Xbox
Live for no reason and than i cant play for the rest of the day... so extend my Xbox Live Gold Membership time or give me a refund because i payed for it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OBTW, what color is the light?

Does it have one, or two, antennae?

What color is the body of the wireless adapter?

Does it have XBOX360 printed on the body of the adapter or something else?

 

Cant connect on xboxlive with new console

Yesterday i bought Xbox360 Slim and it cant connect on xbox live. My old xbox (60GB) connects perfectly and there are no problems at all with my it. So what is the problem with my new slim?

Answer quick, please.

 

No entertainment for 2 days now!! Also frustrated here, also payed for XBOX live subscription and cant use it. Was thinking on buying an XBOX One but thanks XBOX Ive been SOLD to stay away!!

now is there a error code or something that can explain your problem? can you connect other devices, have you tired playing with out a pc or phone etc. on the router or modem? have you tried to connect to another WIFI or modem? also glitches in xbox live
PSN nintendo network, steam and other gaming platforms will and do have a bump on the way and or could be that your router may be hitting the grave yard.

Plz give more info on this please

 

ritzybiscuit7 i followed all the suggestions. one was to delete profile and redownload. now i have no profile. as i cant download it. as it live that is the problem not the users xbox

 

Have you tried to play with your Xbox with out the hard drive in it and then down load you're profile? See if you can connect then

 

It's there a error code that says what the problem is?
