Can't connect to Xbox live on Xbox backwards compatibility

Ok I've seen a lot of people are having this problem along with me. When I try and play a Xbox 360 game through backwards compatibility on my Xbox one, it won't connect to Xbox live. The first time I tried to play my profile was already downloaded from
previous times playing. The first thing I tried was to delete my 360 profile and redownload it. After deleting it I still couldn't connect to redownload it. However my Xbox one is connected to the Internet and has not problems whatsoever. I have tried: Power
cycling my Xbox one Resetting my router Removing my profile from the Xbox one and power cycling Factory reset Changing all my IP and DNS setting to manual Nothing has worked and I am getting very frustrated

Xbox 360 issue

playing Xbox 360 black ops 2 on my Xbox one (backwards compatibility) and I'm connected to Xbox live on my Xbox one but can't connect to it on the 360, when it says test connection I click yes and it says all services Available but I still can't connect.

My Xbox live works fine on the Xbox One but when I try to play a backwards compatibility game it won't connect to xbox live which means I can't access the cloud for saved games. I actually have two Xbox One's and I only have this problem on one of them.
The other still connects to live just fine with box One and 360.

 

Do you happen to have more than one Xbox console in your household? Also, could you post up the router and modem you own? Having the brand and model information for that will help us a bunch!
