Can't connect to Xbox Live on Xbox 360

Dear Xbox Forum!

I am having issues in connecting to Xbox live on my XBox360. It has been a bit intermittent for the last couple of months but in the last couple of weeks it has been unable to connect to Internet. I have tried the wizard help option and none of the solutions
suggested fix the problem. I was able to connect to Xbox Live at the start of April as I was able to download the first half of the Games with Gold games.

Sometimes the issue is that it can't connect to the network, sometimes it can't connect to the internet, sometimes it can't connect to XBox Live.

What Country/State/Province do you live in? UK - Yorkshire.

Modem brand & model number: BT Homehub 5

Router brand & model number:BT Homehub 5

How many consoles do you have connected to this router? 1. Xbox one, 2. WDMyCloud NAS device (with DLNA), 3. Wi-fi extender (via power lines). 4. Xbox 360.

Wired or wireless (for each console): Wired Connection

Things you have tried: Following guidance including resetting network, changing ports on router etc. Unplugging everything from Router Apart from Xbox 360.

Is UPnP Enabled? Yes

Do you have a NAT error? Don't think so,

Any Error Codes you encounter: 8015109, 8015190B

I have an Xbox One that connects to the same Router and can connect to Xbox live with no issues.



I'm a bit flummoxed and would welcome any suggestions as to how to solve this.

HEELLPP!!!!! I am trying to connect to my xbox live while playing Lego Indiana Jones for the 360 one

I have been trying to connect to xbox live while playing a 360 game on my one, as I mentioned above the game was Lego Indy for the 360. It says it can't connect to live but IM SIGNED INTO LIVE ON MY XBOX ONE PROFILE. Which is on the same console I'm trying
to connect to 360 live on. T.T can't connect my behind. T.T Please Help Me!

 

I can't log onto Xbox Live...

Is there a reason why I can't sign in to my account and Connect t Connect to Xbox live on Xbox 360?

 

I am also having this problem. UK here as well. Router and network settings are fine and configured properly. I am part of the preview programme and it just updated -- since then I have been unable to connect. This is definitely a problem on XBL's part
and not a technical issue on my end.

 

I am also having the same issue I also hate that there isn't a forum specifically for the preview program like there was the last time

 

I'm part of the Xbox One Preview programme and recently got invited to join the Preview Programme for the Xbox 360 but I didn't join it - could this be something to do with it? My 360 doesn't seem to have had a software update in some time whilst my Xbox
One seems to get them weeky?

 

Kind of sorted by switching one working CAT5 cable for another CAT5 cable....
