Can't Connect to Xbox Live on my 360

I was house sitting so I took both my 360 and my One with me, when I came home I reconnected everything and set it all up, but my 360 won't connect to Live. It throws up messages and suggestions saying to unplug my router for 5 min. and if that doesn't
work to read the manual to my router. But I have a hard time believing it's the router, because when it does the connection test, it says that the internet is good and connected, it just won't connect to Live. So I tried my One and got it all connected and
signed on and it works just fine. I literally have no idea what it'd be. I was using the 360 on Live while I was housesitting so I'm at a loss.

HEELLPP!!!!! I am trying to connect to my xbox live while playing Lego Indiana Jones for the 360 one

I have been trying to connect to xbox live while playing a 360 game on my one, as I mentioned above the game was Lego Indy for the 360. It says it can't connect to live but IM SIGNED INTO LIVE ON MY XBOX ONE PROFILE. Which is on the same console I'm trying
to connect to 360 live on. T.T can't connect my behind. T.T Please Help Me!

Is there a reason why I can't sign in to my account and Connect t Connect to Xbox live on Xbox 360?

 

its definatly not your rooter the problem,and a lot of people had a lot of similars problems with xbox lately,including myself.i suppose we can only wait until the problem is solved.in any cases if your xbox one work,at least its a good thing.

 

you can also ask to a technician to check your xbox 360 to make sure there is nothing broken inside.personnally,i never bring my xbox outside of my home to make sure it dont break.

 

Have you tried switching it off and on again? If that doesn't work, wait a while and try again. Sometimes the problem is on Microsoft's side and not on yours... If you wait an hour or two they might have resolved it on their side and it should work again.

-Try to reset your network settings to Factory defaults. (Settings, network, network settings, advanced settings, restore to Factory defaults)

Try to set a manual DNS on your console like : Primary 8.8.8.8 secundary 8.8.4.4 and try to sign in.
