CAN'T CONNECT TO XBOX LIVE ON BLACK OPS 2 XBOX ONE

I GO INTO THE GAME LOADS UP FINE BUT THEM I PRESS ON XBOX LIVE COMES UP WITH A ERROR OF CALL OF DUTY BLACK OPS 2 SERVER IS NOT AVALIABLE AT THE TIME TRY AGAIN LATER???? HELP PLEASEEE

Xbox 360 issue

playing Xbox 360 black ops 2 on my Xbox one (backwards compatibility) and I'm connected to Xbox live on my Xbox one but can't connect to it on the 360, when it says test connection I click yes and it says all services Available but I still can't connect.

 

User change & no xbox live

I recently downloaded black ops 2 on the xbox one console. Not too long after that I changed my gamertag and now when I try and play multiplayer on black ops 2 it says 'disconnected from xbox live' and I try to sign in to my account that has my old user
and it says 'sorry, this profile cant connect to xbox live' help!!!
