Can't connect to Xbox Live, need help

I was playing MW2 last night and everything was working fine. Shut it off & went to bed. This afternoon, I am somehow signed out of Xbox Live & have to sign back in but it won't let me. Keeps saying there is a problem with my connection (network & internet
pass, Live fails). I don't buy it since nothing has been touched or changed since last night. My phone & laptop are connecting fine over wifi, the Xbox is wired. This is an original style 360 Elite using the internet through those boxes you plug into outlets
& connect ethernet cables to in order to get internet into parts of the house w/o jacks or good wifi access. Have used for several years & never a problem. Already rebooted the router.

I tried support chat (who disconnected me abruptly but sent a survey after) & she had me reset the default network settings (I never knowingly changed them anyway) & it did not help.

Am I the only "lucky" one or is anyone else running into this?? Any ideas?

Error code 80151904

I need help, I am getting this error code and it says this console can't connect to xbox live.

Second support chat much better than first. I had to delete my profile only off my HD, then shut off Xbox & unplug power brick & let it all sit several minutes. Then power back up & download my profile. Then it automatically reconnect all by itself.

try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account

What are your Detailed Network Statistics showing? Also what connection are you using: Wired or Wireless?
