Can't connect to Xbox Live...limited connection

This problem started earlier today as Xbox live kept kicking me off. I usually have no problems with network communications between my Xbox 360 and my wireless router. When I run my Xbox live connection test it connects to the network and internet but not
Xbox live...where a red x appears. I keep trying and every once and a while it will connect...however everything is slow and sluggish. I lag in Black Ops 2 terribly and I can't stream HD movies. My internet is not a problem since I have been doing all this
under the same provider since I got my 360 which has been 2 years...I get 4 bar connection but yet it still boots me off Xbox live. Is it down?? Because my other friends have no problems...it seems like its only me? HELP? ANYONE? This just started happening
today...before today everything worked perfectly.

Xbox Live Connection Issues

Anyone else have any connection issues with Xbox Live? I had an error message pop up when I turn on my xbox saying Status Code 80077ee2 and can't connect to Xbox live or limited access. Is anyone else having these issues? I just bough Skyrim and trying to
play it but it keeps wanting to download and update and it can't as there's not a connection to Xbox Live.

How to connect to Xbox Live in X1

There is no button or menu to connect!

The system is not connected, I do a network test and it passes, but still is not connected... I can't do anything with the X1 if it's not connected to live!

Xbox Live is under DDOS attack at the moment. I'm sure MS will have it solved shortly.

im having the same issue. i cannot connect no matter what i try to turn off my router and things dont change it doesn't even show my wireless connection that i use. i have no idea whats going on i was playing a game of ghosts then all of a sudden i was kicked
off again i thought i was the only one having this problem.

There is no "achievement department".

You can only unlock a limited amount of achievements while not connected to live.

The BBB will laugh at you.There's nothing wrong with the game,it's the fact that you are not connected to xbox live.

Achievements are just a meaningless number.

If you want the achievements to unlock then you need to redo them & connect to live before you reach the limit or play while connected to live.

Are you sure the friend trying to connect does not have a limited NAT? Are you able to connect to other Xbox live parties?

Hello. Have you tested your Xbox Live Connection? Do that, and if it tells you your connection is limited, that may be your problem.

this sounds like there is no connection to Xbox Live or connection to Xbox Live is restricted for the account you are using.

Please make sure your account is signed in and connected to Xbox Live, running the Network test will for example show if there is a connection to Xbox Live.

This can either be a connection issue on your end or if it's a child account it could be a limitation set up by a parental account via for example
http://account.xbox.com/settings
