Can't connect to xbox live from personal hotspot.

For the past few days I've been unable to connect to xbox live through my iPhone 5s's personal hotspot. It worked just fine and now it isn't working. This is really frustrating and it's making me quite mad. Also, my NAT has been on strict when it wasn't
before. I don't know what the issue is and I've done everything I can think of. Please help

Interesting Hotspot Problem (can't connect to game servers)

Hi!

I can connect to my phone's wifi hotspot and connect to xbox live, but, when I try to play a game online, I get an error saying I can't connect. I can see who is online in my friends list and what they are doing, but I can't send messages or join parties.

Does anybody know why this might be?

A few months ago I was able to connect via mobile hotspot, and it worked great! I have sufficient sufficient, low latency and jitter, moderate NAT, and I can access the hotspot fine from other devices.

You could also start a VPN.

Also could use a hotspot service on your laptop. In which, you would connect to a hotel wifi on your laptop, broadcast your wifi signal out using a hotspot app. Then connect your xbox to the said hotspot from your computer. Then you can sustain connection
to Xbox Live.

Sorry to hear about the connection issues. If you haven't already I recommend trying a few troubleshooting steps to see if we can get this issue sorted.

Please give the following steps a try:

• Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
• Once your console powers off, unplug the power cord.
• Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console.
• Power on your console and press the Menu button.
• Select Settings and then select Network.
• Select Test Network Connection.

After testing the network connections, if any errors are displayed, you can follow our Xbox One Network Connection Error Solution page for further troubleshooting.
Keep in mind, mobile connections are not recommended because you are likely to experience slow performance or lag. We recommend using a high-speed internet connection, such as cable or DSL.

 

I've already looked multiple times and can't find anything please help.

 

I been having the same problem with no luck. May Xbox one on my iPhone hotspot worked good until this new download. Now I cant sign in
